Construction Intern – Mechanical

As a Mechanical Construction Intern, you will actively participate in delivering a large-scale wind farm project. Your primary responsibilities include: Supporting the mechanical aspects of wind turbine assembly and installation, working closely with engineers and field teams. Assisting in the coordination and execution of turbine erection, including component handling, bolting, and alignment. Participating in quality inspections and documentation of mechanical work to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong interest in renewable energy and large-scale construction projects. Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.

Borea Construction is involved in the development and construction of wind farm projects, such as the Haute-Chaudière wind farm with 20 turbines and 124 MW capacity.
