Deltek Principal Application Consultant(Remote)
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and support client software implementations.
Serve as the subject matter expert for multi-company and multi-currency environments, guiding clients through complex accounting, reporting, and operational requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
Education, Experience and Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Deltek ERP software is required.
Minimum 2 years of consulting experience.
Ability to partner with senior leaders and executives, using strong business acumen to drive practical solutions.
Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
Bachelor's Degreein Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Location:
Work from home.
Travel up to 20-30%.
Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
