This position services an assigned portfolio of private stand-alone chalets, homes, and nightly rental lodging units (condos/townhomes), performing cleaning, tidying, and guest hospitality duties.
Responsibilities may include preparing units for guests; making beds; changing linens and towels; cleaning kitchens, laundry areas, patios, and BBQ grills; light snow removal from entry or patio areas; and assisting guests with local recommendations and operation of home features such as appliances, fireplaces, heating/cooling systems, lighting, and outdoor cooking equipment.
Requires lifting up to 50 pounds and use of household strength and specialty cleaning products.
Chalet/Lodging Unit Attendants receive daily task list, with daily oversight, and hands-on mentoring in a team environment with close supervision from a supervisor or manager daily.
Work may be performed alone per unit and/or in teams of attendants for timely turns.
