Role overview
You'll handle inbound calls, chats and web enquiries from people who already have a need, understand what they're after, recommend the right option and close. No cold lists — the interest is already there.
Key responsibilities
Convert inbound enquiries into sales across phone, chat and email
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Process orders and payments accurately
Follow up on open quotes and unconverted enquiries
Record every interaction in the CRM
What you'll need
Experience in a sales or contact centre role with a conversion target
Confident spoken and written English
Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce
Accuracy when handling order and payment details
A quiet home workspace and stable fibre connection
Nice to have
Experience selling to UK customers
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
Upselling or cross-selling experience
