Job Summary
We’re looking for experienced UI/UX Designers with 4+ years of professional experience to join fast-growing international companies.
This is an ideal opportunity for a product-minded designer who combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user experience. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn complex requirements into intuitive, polished digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and/or mobile products.
Own the design process from user flows, wireframes, and prototypes through to high-fidelity UI.
Translate business and user requirements into thoughtful UX solutions.
Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing, and design validation.
Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Present design concepts and clearly communicate the reasoning behind design decisions.
Incorporate feedback and iterate rapidly while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and consistent across products and platforms.
Stay current with UI/UX best practices, emerging design trends, and digital product standards.
Requirements
4+ years of professional UI/UX, Product Design, or Digital Product Design experience.
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX projects and polished final designs.
Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping/design tools.
Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and responsive design.
Experience creating and working with design systems.
Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and consistency.
Excellent Englishcommunication and presentation skills.
Comfortable collaborating remotely with international, cross-functional teams.
Ability to take ownership of projects and work effectively with limited supervision.
Nice to Have
Experience designing SaaS, B2B, FinTech, MarTech, EdTech, or other technology products.
Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and developer handoff workflows.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or data-informed design iterations.
