As a Product Manager – Population Health, you will own a defined product area, workflow, or set of capabilities within Atlas, Innovaccer's Population Health platform. You will drive your product area from discovery through delivery and adoption, solving meaningful population health problems and delivering measurable outcomes for healthcare organizations.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Clinical and domain experts, Customer Success, Sales, Solutions, and customers to translate complex healthcare workflows and customer needs into intuitive, scalable product experiences.

We are looking for a product thinker who combines strong customer empathy, analytical rigor, and execution excellence with an interest in applying AI, data, and intelligent workflows to transform population health.

Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and Clinical teams to build scalable, intuitive product experiences.

AI & Analytics: Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes.

Adoption & Outcomes: Use product analytics and customer feedback to improve adoption, engagement, usability, and customer value.

Experience: 2–4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.

Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills.

Execution: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and driving outcomes without direct authority.
