Position: Corporate Lawyers — Occupation Research Survey

Role Responsibilities
Complete a written survey to identify dimensions that distinguish jobs within corporate law.
Write concise notes and clarify unfamiliar terms as needed.
Provide insights based on your professional perspective without additional research.
Ensure responses are general and exclude confidential details.
Respond in English using your own experience.
Qualifications
Must-Have
5+ years of hands-on corporate-law experience.
Current or recent experience with the U.S. professional context.
Experience as a practicing lawyer in a law firm or in-house role.
Ability to describe the occupation from direct professional experience.
