The Data Centre Design Infrastructure Engineer plan, design, maintain and build core IT or digital systems network infrastructure that are needed for daily business operations to build a secure, reliable, and scalable network, cloud, or server environments.
Key duties and responsibilities
The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:
Managing a multi discipline team with complex and different interfaces;
Providing strategic planning, mapping and modelling development;
Providing concise data reports and clear data visualizations for management;
Producing creative data visualizations and intuitive graphics to presenting complex analytics;
Pinpointing trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data sets;
Providing advice on information and data governance and standards;
Triaging code problems and data-related issues and identify risk;
Documenting all aspects of the data design and decision;
Cleaning and pruning data to discard irrelevant information;
Scheduling and managing tasks within a team;
Assisting in improving the maturity of information management within the Department;
Discovering trends, patterns and stories told by the data, structured and unstructured, and presenting them to stakeholders.
