What will you do?
Perform light cleaning duties around the hotel, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping, and restroom cleaning in both the front and back of the house Carry linens, towels, and supplies using wheeled carts Disinfect equipment and supplies using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas; distribute all recyclables into proper containers Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors More about you Six months of experience in housekeeping is preferred Physical requirements Ability to lift, move, and maneuver a minimum of 50 pounds and pull heavy carts and stock through the facility Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform other ranges of motion for an extended time Shift details Days Evenings as needed Every weekend 8hr shift OT as needed Who we are Delaware North operates Mardi Gras Casino and Resort dating back to 2018.
