What will you do?
Welcome guests, take coats, put a ticket on a hanger, and give a corresponding ticket to guest Return coats to guests upon receipt of the ticket and verifies with a ticket on the hanger Provide excellent guest service including handling guest relations and minor guest disputes More about you Must be at least 18 years' old No high school diploma or GED required Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license Customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with guest complaints while maintaining the guest's goodwill Physical requirements Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds Ability to stand 100% of the time Exposure to high volume noise Shift details Days Holidays Weekends 8hr shift Who we are Hamburg Gaming, managed by Delaware North is at the Erie County Fairgrounds in Hamburg, New York., near Buffalo.
