Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

Lead daily floor operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, proactively addressing service issues and resolving guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Scheduling and assigning tasks for service team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards Assist with team member training, monitor their performance, and keep open communication for needed corrections Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and bar inventory More about you Minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification preferred but not mandatory Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, No degree required Shift details Days Evenings Holidays M-F Weekends 10hr shift Who we are The Edison is an unforgettable dining and entertainment destination in Disney Springs that captures the glamour and innovation of the 1920s.
