Graduate Customer Success Manager

As a Graduate Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Key responsibilities include: Onboarding and Adoption: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand product features and best practices to maximize value. Monitor adoption metrics and proactively address any barriers to usage.

To be successful in this role, you should have: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
