As a Reward Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational strategy and market best practices. Your primary duties include:
Conducting market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive and equitable reward structures.
Analyzing job roles and evaluating positions to determine appropriate salary grades and bands.
Developing and maintaining bonus, incentive, and recognition programs to drive performance and retention.
