岗位职责
As an R&D Associate Researcher Intern, you will contribute to the innovation journey of leading consumer brands through hands-on experimentation and real-life technical problem solving. Your responsibilities will be organized across key functional areas:
Product Development Support:
Assist in the formulation and testing of new products for categories such as Health Care, Hair Care, Skin Care, and Personal Care.
Conduct laboratory experiments to evaluate product performance, stability, and sensory attributes.

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Materials Science, or a related scientific field.
Experience:
Prior laboratory experience (academic or industrial) is preferred but not required.
