Support manufacturing process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiative
岗位职责
As an Intern in Manufacturing, you will support the production team in optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring product quality. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in the development and implementation of manufacturing procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot production issues and propose corrective actions.
Participating in data collection and analysis to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, cycle time, and throughput.
Supporting the setup and calibration of manufacturing equipment under supervision.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, such as assembly, machining, or quality control.
