Police Officers serve a diverse community by performing law enforcement and crime prevention duties.
Responsibilities include controlling traffic flow, conducting investigative work, and performing a variety of technical law enforcement tasks.
Officers patrol the city in computer-equipped vehicles, respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, enforce laws and ordinances, and maintain public safety.
They prepare detailed reports, testify in court, and collaborate with other law enforcement agencies.
