As a Housing Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in the housing sector while working towards a professional qualification. Your responsibilities will include:
Tenant Support: Assist in managing tenant inquiries, processing housing applications, and supporting tenancy sustainment activities.
Property Management: Help coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance requests, ensuring homes meet safety and quality standards.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, property data, and compliance documentation using internal systems.

Education: Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.
