What You'll Do
You'll connect with families who are eligible for benefits and walk them through their options in a clear, straightforward way. This role is fully remote and focused on delivering a smooth, professional client experience.
Meet with clients over Zoom to review available benefits
Accurately complete and manage all documentation
Maintain ongoing communication and follow-ups with clients
Work with your team to improve efficiency and overall service
What You Bring
Legally able to work in Canada/USA
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or working with clients is an asset
