- 具备良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同团队协作
- 具备较强的组织和时间管理能力，能同时处理多项任务
- 熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PowerPoint）
- 具备基本的数据整理和分析能力
- 注重细节，有责任心，能主动推进工作
