The Telephone Operator provides comprehensive telephone and telecommunications support to the Charles George VAMC and all associated sites.
The primary purpose of this position is to process incoming, outgoing, networked, and interoffice calls regarding hospital services, patient information, and other related matters.
The operator ensures a welcoming and positive first impression of the medical center by handling calls professionally and efficiently.
