Robinhood Derivatives (RHD) is Robinhood’s newly formed entity that focuses on futures, event contracts, and options on futures.

Our operations and trading team will help coordinate and lead business operations and internal functions for this entity to ensure a successful setup, launch, and opportunity to scale.

The role will work on initial setup of futures and event contract operational processes, tools, documentation, and workflows.

Additionally, you’ll be working with various third party clearing firms, exchanges and vendors to maintain a proper working relationship and will be working closely with vital internal teams including CX, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Financial Crimes, Finance, and Customer Trust and Safety to meet customer needs and expectations.

Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program in Finance, Business or a related field with an expected graduation date in Winter 2027/Summer 2028.

Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work with colleagues across the company to quickly resolve issues and develop long term strategies for growth

Ability to prioritize and complete multiple daily tasks and projects with various deadlines

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.

The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
