Robinhood is looking for a Senior Applications Engineer, Corporate Infrastructure to join the Enterprise Technology org.

This is an AI-native role that sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, and identity management.

You'll own a wide surface area and work closely with Security, IT, and Engineering to keep our systems healthy, scalable, and ahead of the threat landscape.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Secure & manage our Google Cloud infrastructure, Google Workspace and Okta Identity Environment for Robinhood.

Leads in the design and building of new tools based on internal requirements and specifications.

Build automation to support device, account, and identity lifecycle management.

Act as a point of escalation for other Engineering teams across Robinhood, and assist in triaging issues related to Enterprise Technology.

Use AI-assisted development as a standard part of normal engineering workflows.

Perform code reviews, write documentation and drive engineering best practices.

Demonstrated ability as a Systems, Site Reliability, Cloud or Infrastructure Engineer, preferably with more than 5 years of experience in companies or organizations of similar size and maturity.

Experience managing Google Cloud using IaC/Terraform tooling, following best practices.

Familiarity and practical experience using modern AI tooling, in particular Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Gemini Enterprise.

Have a strong coding or scripting background using Python, Go or other languages.

Be a creative thinker and problem solver that can just as easily work on their own or as part of a team.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.

The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
