- 具备数据收集、分析和情景建模能力
- 熟悉报告和仪表板构建工具（如Excel、Power BI、Tableau等）
- 了解预测方法和库存管理概念
- 具备跨职能协作能力，能与供应链、运营和财务团队有效沟通
- 注重细节，具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力
- 能够在快节奏环境中管理多项任务并按时完成
- 具备良好的书面和口头沟通能力
- 有使用计划系统或ERP系统经验者优先
