Set up and maintain HR policies across multiple U.S. states, including PTO, sick leave, overtime, and breaks.
Configure policies and employee acknowledgments in Rippling.
Support consistent implementation of company policies across locations.
Coordinate updates to employee information and HR documentation.
Time Tracking & Payroll Coordination
Implement and manage clock-in/clock-out and time-tracking processes in Rippling.
Configure timecard approval workflows and follow up on missing timecards.
Support the integration of time tracking with payroll.
Train employees and managers on time-tracking procedures.
Assist with payroll-related questions and administrative issues.

Experience improving or streamlining HR workflows.
How Success Is Measured
Rippling is configured accurately and supports the company's entities, locations, employees, and HR processes.
Employee records, payroll-related information, benefits, and job codes are properly maintained.
