This is a remote position.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.
Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement business logic, data models, and user interfaces using OutSystems visual development tools.
Customize and extend the OutSystems platform through the use of custom code, integrations, and extensions.
Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and responsiveness.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve development processes, tools, and frameworks.
Stay updated with the latest OutSystems platform updates and industry best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven work experience as an OutSystems Developer or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in the OutSystems low-code platform, including experience with visual development tools, data models, and workflows.
Solid understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Experience integrating external systems and services using RESTful APIs or web services.
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
