What You'll do:
Produce and coordinate digital content for sales and marketing squads, including banners, ad copy, landing pages, paid social and display campaigns.
Act as the main liaison between commercial teams, digital squads and creative agencies, ensuring efficient delivery of all project requests.
Manage the end-to-end execution of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality standards and business objectives are met.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to prioritize activities and support campaign delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful execution of digital campaigns.
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience managing digital marketing or digital communication projects.
Strong written communication and content creation skills in Portuguese.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience working with agile teams, cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid media, email marketing and digital content.
Proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with digital sales projects and performance-driven content production is a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Management or a related field is valued.
