The Psychology Program Manager for the PTSD Program oversees the clinical and administrative operations of the PTSD clinical team.
Responsibilities include managing the daily operations of the PTSD program, ensuring compliance with VA policies and accreditation standards, and supervising psychology staff, including psychologists, psychology trainees, and other mental health professionals.
The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based treatment protocols for PTSD, coordinating care with other departments, and ensuring quality improvement initiatives.

Hold a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with a specialty area consistent with the assignment (e.g., clinical psychology, counseling psychology).
