Attractive Remuneration Package Flexible WorkingHours Additional 25% yearly bonus based on performance About the role As a part-time tutor at Flora Academy, you will be responsible for providing outstanding, student-centered instruction designed to meet the needs of learners enrolled in internationally recognized curricula, with a primary focus on A-Level, IGCSE, and IB PYP, MYP & DP courses.
Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in one-on-one and group settings Develop learning materials based on students' progress and needs Provide constructive feedback to both parents and students Monitor and report student learning progress to management team Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in relevant disciplines with strong academic record At least 2 years of teaching experience on international curriculum Familiarity with the examination syllabi of A-Level, IGCSE, or IB PYP, MYP & DP programs is highly preferred International school or UK high school graduates will be advantaged Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is ESSENTIAL, plus English Available to teach 1+ subject is a distinct advantage Punctual, responsible, adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication with students, parents and administration staff.
Tutors who expertise in teaching IAL Art, Biology, Business, Economics, Psychology, and IB PYP & MYP subjects will be considered in priority.
