Lead, train, and motivate the team members to meet monthly goals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing an excellent customer experience Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management to ensure a seamless customer experience. Foster a positive team culture, act as the main contact for the back office, and handle escalated issues. Requirements At least 3-5 years’ experience to lead a team in retail store operation , with 2nd hand industry experience will be an advantage; Proactive, highly responsible, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese Mature and able to work independently with Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the team toward continuous improvement Candidates with more relevant sales experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager. Immediately available or short-time notice is highly preferred

At least 3-5 years of retail management experience; second-hand trading experience is preferred.

Proactive, hardworking, responsible, optimistic, and possesses a good customer service attitude.

Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the team toward continuous improvement.
