Job Summary
We’re looking for a Google Ads Expert to take ownership of paid search campaigns and drive measurable growth for a portfolio of clients. You’ll be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting—working closely with account managers and clients to deliver strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
Optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Monitor budgets and allocate spend to maximize ROI
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Collaborate with account managers and clients to align on goals and performance
Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Requirements
2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Proven track record of improving ROI and scaling paid campaigns
Strong knowledge of:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
Google Analytics (GA4)
Conversion tracking and attribution models
Experience with keyword tools, bid strategies, and campaign optimization techniques
