Responsibilities:
- Internal analytics & decision support: build and maintain OE metrics across recruiting quality, talent development, organizational health, and workforce efficiency to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Organizational diagnostics: conduct deep-dive analyses on key people and organizational issues, identify root causes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- External benchmarking: track industry trends and benchmark leading companies to identify relevant practices and improvement opportunities.
- Cross-functional OE initiatives: partner with HRBPs, COEs, and business teams to drive initiatives across organizational design, workforce planning, process optimization, and performance management.
