You will support Product and Process Solutions team by driving quality excellence across content moderation and policy enforcement workflows.
In this role, you will work closely with front-line teams and cross-functional stakeholders to monitor operational performance, identify quality fluctuations, investigate root causes, and turn data insights into actionable improvement initiatives.
You will help strengthen operational execution through strong ownership, structured problem-solving, and effective collaboration in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Trust & Safety Operations Support: Support day-to-day Trust & Safety operations with a strong understanding of content moderation, policy enforcement, quality management, and operational processes.
- Quality Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor quality performance, identify fluctuations and trends, and drive initiatives to improve moderation quality outcomes.
- Data Analysis & Root Cause Investigation: Conduct granular data analysis to uncover performance gaps, investigate root causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Front-line Partnership: Partner proactively with front-line teams to support execution, improve consistency, and strengthen operational performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with relevant stakeholders across operations and partner teams to align on quality priorities, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Project Management & Ownership: Demonstrate strong ownership in managing initiatives, following through on action plans, and supporting operational improvements from identification to execution.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Apply strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
