We're doing this at a moment when AI is reshaping how products get built — and where content design can have more influence on product decisions than ever.
We're looking for a Content Designer who thinks in systems, moves fast, and is genuinely excited about working at the intersection of UX and emerging AI tools.
You'll shape UX strategy, craft content experiences that meet advertiser needs, and help define what great content design looks like in an AI-native product environment.
What you'll do
- Execute content design and UX writing while embedded in monetization product workstreams.
- Craft, proofread, and edit concise, conversational UI copy that makes complex ad tech feel simple and human
- Contribute to and evolve TikTok Monetization's content, voice, and style guidelines
- Collaborate with and influence design, product, research, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Participate in design critiques to drive consistency and quality across monetization products
- Define efficient, scalable solutions for large-scale content problems — including tooling and process improvements
- Contribute to the team's AI toolkit: designing custom GPTs, building prompt frameworks, and identifying new ways AI can accelerate and enhance content design work
