Creator Networks (CNs) are agency partners that play an important role in this ecosystem by recruiting, developing, and managing
LIVE creators.
As a Creator Network (Agency) Manager, Emerging, you will focus on expanding the TikTok
LIVE Creator Networkecosystem across the US+ market.
You will identify high-potential agency partners, bring them onto the platform, and help them build the capabilities needed to succeed as long-term, scalable partners.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the end-to-end pipeline for sourcing, pitching, onboarding, and activating emerging Creator Network partners across the US+ market.
- Identify and prospect talent companies, media companies, influencer agencies, entertainment businesses, and other organizations with strong potential to become Creator Network partners.
- Present the value proposition of TikTok LIVE, negotiate partnerships, and guide new agency partners from initial engagement through onboarding and activation.
- Represent TikTok LIVE externally at industry events and serve as an ambassador for the Creator Network program.
- Partner closely with newly onboarded Creator Networks to help them build their LIVE business from the ground up, including creator recruitment, onboarding, incubation, and monetization capabilities.
- Develop a strong understanding of emerging agency business models, pain points, and growth opportunities, and translate those insights into actionable support strategies.
- Help emerging agency partners establish sustainable operating models, workflows, and best practices to support long-term growth.
- Drive adoption of TikTok LIVE monetization products, platform programs, and partner enablement resources across newly established Creator Networks.
- Create and scale playbooks, SOPs, training materials, and best practices that can be reused across additional agency acquisition and incubation efforts.
- Use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities, monitor partner performance, and drive operational improvements.
- Conduct regular business reviews with agency partners to track progress, identify challenges, and define clear next steps.
- Identify underperforming or stalled partners and develop recovery plans to improve activation, performance, and growth.
- Lead or support special projects related to Creator Network acquisition, ecosystem expansion, creator incubation, and monetization.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong collaboration and smooth project execution.
- Prepare project plans, track milestones and business impact, and convert successful initiatives into scalable programs.
- Produce post-project recaps and recommendations to inform future strategy.
