Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) team is seeking an experienced Seller Growth Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting new sellers to the FBT platform and driving increased usage across our existing seller portfolio.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in business development and sales, a deep understanding of e-commerce, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sellers.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college/graduate school intern to support the growth of the Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) program.
In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to help identify prospective sellers, support existing seller growth, analyze performance trends, and contribute to initiatives that improve the seller experience.
This internship is ideal for students interested in e-commerce, business development, account management, and marketplace operations.

- Seller Portfolio Support: Help manage a portfolio of sellers by tracking performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting initiatives to increase adoption and usage of FBT services.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to support projects that improve the seller experience and program performance.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics related to seller recruitment, onboarding, and growth. Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Relationship Management: Support communication with sellers by helping address questions, gathering feedback, and understanding seller needs and challenges.
- Market and Strategy Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and seller needs to help inform business development strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Training and Enablement: Assist in developing training materials, educational resources, and onboarding content to help sellers better understand and benefit from the FBT platform.
