This is a full-time remote position dedicated to or managing the operational tasks, ensuring projects meet their due dates, and contributing to our strategic growth plans. eCommerce Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in synchronizing our various departments, including Supply, Logistics, Marketing, Development, etc.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the efforts of our Supply, Logistics, Marketing, and Development teams.
Manage operational tasks and keep track of project due dates, ensuring timely completion.
Ensure alignment of inter-departmental activities with our company's objectives and operational strategies.
Foster a culture of collaboration and efficiency across all operations.
Contribute to strategic planning and business scaling initiatives.
Use data-driven insights to optimize operational performance and uncover new opportunities.
Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
Coordinate with the department leads managing escalated issues and challenges.
About You:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager within an eCommerce or online retail setting.
Excellent understanding of eCommerce operations and business functions such as supply, logistics, marketing, and development.
Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Experience with task management tools
Strong leadership skills and experience in coordinating and motivating teams.
Strategic planning and execution experience.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
