岗位职责

Mission:Carry out research on the rehabilitation of buildings in vulnerable environments.
Functions to be developed: • Categorize social housing building projects under development in vulnerable areas of Barcelona based on the previous environmental advisory work done by the drafting teams.
• Organize the information obtained from real cases with the categorization of properties and household structures.
• Calculate the Potential Vulnerability Index
PEVI considering the energy demands obtained in energy simulations carried out.
• Calculate the Assumptionable Energy Consumption (AEC).

- 能够对建筑项目进行分类和整理信息
