The America Early Careers team connects the business with talented university students from the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience for students, showcasing ByteDance's people, culture & technology through attraction & engagement activities, recruitment and innovative early career programs.
Parts of this role will require support across ByteDance, as well as TikTok.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for internship and graduate hiring;
- Understand business models, organizational structure, and hiring needs in depth;
- Collaborate with regional and global hiring managers to develop data-driven sourcing strategies;
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates to meet hiring goals and elevate talent quality;
- Partner cross-functionally with Center of Excellence teams to align on recruitment objectives.
