We are looking for a motivated prospect to join our team as an Associate in Data Center Site Acquisition.
You'll support capacity planning and site acquisition efforts in assigned metros/regions, working alongside experienced team members to learn the end-to-end lifecycle of data center deals, from market research through lease execution.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to help understand capacity needs and site requirements in assigned metros/regions; support data center market analysis and research to inform site acquisition strategy
- Help engage and evaluate qualified suppliers; support the site acquisition/procurement process, including due-diligence tasks and documentation
- Assist in managing the existing lease portfolio, tracking key terms, deadlines, and renewal opportunities
- Support cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Engineering, Compliance) in preparing materials for contract negotiations
- Help prepare deal summaries, lease abstracts, and cost analyses for review by senior team members and decision-makers
- Coordinate meeting logistics and documentation across cross-functional stakeholders to keep deals moving toward execution
