Responsibilities - Play a key role in building and operating CapCut's AI creator ecosystem.
Identify, connect with, and manage AI video creators, AI creative studios, professional content teams, and community partners around the world.
- Design and execute creator programs around AI video generation, including creator campaigns, co-creation projects, incentive mechanisms, and community initiatives, to drive continuous production of high-quality, highly shareable content.
- Build long-term, high-engagement relationships with top AI creators globally.
Deeply understand the needs of different creator segments, activate creator and channel resources, and scale impactful content and innovative creative formats.
- Continuously track standout works, viral content, emerging formats, and creative trends in AI video generation.
Deconstruct their creative logic, model choices, workflows, distribution paths, and repeatable methodologies.
- Explore the application potential of AI video generation in professional scenarios such as advertising creatives, animation, VFX, 3D, and branded content, and support the development of high-impact creative directions and partnership opportunities.
