Team Introduction:Our team is responsible for the recommendation algorithms of video creation tools worldwide.
We oversee recommendation distribution and user growth optimization across all ByteDance apps, including Jianying, CapCut, and Hypic, to enhance content distribution efficiency and drive user growth.
Responsibilities:- Globally optimize the core recommendation algorithms and strategies for video creation tools, including CapCut and Hypic.
- Enhance user growth efficiency by optimizing the distribution of content created with CapCut, Hypic, and other similar tools.
- Improve user experiences during creation by leveraging a deep understanding of user behavior and state-of-the-art machine learning technologies.
