We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support two key areas: interview coordination for our Research and Engineering teams and the day-to-day operations of the internship program.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners, this role will help ensure seamless coordination, effective program execution, and a high-quality stakeholder experience.
Responsibilities:
Interview Coordination - Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to coordinate interviews for Research and Engineering roles.
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and interviewers, managing availability, scheduling, calendar changes, and timely communication.
- Provide real-time, on-call interview support and promptly resolve scheduling conflicts, attendance issues, technical difficulties, and other last-minute changes.
Internship Program Management - Partner with HR Operations and HR Business Partners to manage internship-related processes, including internship extensions.
- Provide day-to-day support to interns, maintain program data, conduct analysis, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the intern experience.
