TikTok is building out our Solutions Engineering team to help our external clients and partners to thrive on this journey.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will not only have the opportunity to identify and solve challenges by architecting and building solutions but, more importantly, prioritize client success and work cross-functionally to help them reach their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and agencies;
build trust through your deep technical expertise of their platforms and customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships and/or Agency Leads and Product teams to develop, manage and grow partner relationships with a focus on technical aspects (i.e. technical presentations, trainings, consultations, integration guides, and best practices).
- Be an expert on TikTok's API capabilities and partner offerings from technical lens.
Advocate for API improvements and influence product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges.
- Build and ship new products as well as end-to-end integrations in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams. - Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends.
