Finance BP is a sub-department of Finance.
It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.
This role will support the rapidly growing and high profile Global Functional teams including Global Brand and Communications, Legal, and Public Policy.
Responsibilities:
- Finance POC providing day-to-day operational support for local business teams and cross-functional partners around the globe; strategic partner to the business and finance leadership.
- Carry out the financial planning process for key functions: develop near and long-term budget plans at the project-level, monitor budget implementation, carry out month-end close responsibilities, and update the forecast periodically by working closely with business teams.
- Responsible for optimizing practices, policies, programs, and procedures;
constantly improve finance processes by leading efforts to simplify and automate reporting wherever possible (e.g. "self-serve" dashboards for the business).
- Partner with business units and provide insightful and quality financial advice to support company’s business decision-making;
prepare management reporting and present variance analysis to senior leadership at a regular cadence.
- Conduct ad-hoc projects/analyses, develop innovative reporting to track KPIs, and support industry analysis.
