Responsibilities
- Own the logistics product experience for our US e-commerce business;
design end-to-end logistics product solutions and collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams to drive execution and achieve business goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of US e-commerce logistics challenges;
work with internal stakeholders and logistics partners to continuously innovate on business models and product solutions that improve user conversion and merchant experience.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify business pain points and opportunities; drive continuous improvement of operational processes through data decomposition and metric-driven insights.
- Leverage market insights to develop product optimization proposals; collaborate with platform product and engineering teams to build and strengthen supply chain and logistics product capabilities.
