TikTok is seeking to hire an Immigration Data Analyst, supporting the US Visa Services team, focused on immigration & mobility domains.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and global stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a resource for the Visa Services team to execute and improve operational processes, ensuring accurate case tracking, data integrity, and adherence to established immigration workflows and compliance requirements
- Partner with Immigration team on status changes impacting work authorization
- Build scalable SOPs for intake, approvals, vendor coordination, and escalations. Develop FAQs, templates, and stakeholder guidance materials.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prevent unauthorized employment exposure
- Interpret various forms of data by analyzing large-scale datasets from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, keeping track of dataset quality.
Monitor case-level metrics (timeliness, RFE trends, denial rates).
- Use logical and analytical skills to audit and interpret data to determine what their findings mean for stakeholders.
- Assist with data audits as required, including invoice reviews for billing matters
