This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the head of Finance BP team and senior finance leadership team, driving cross-functional initiatives, enabling strategic decision-making, and ensuring the effective execution of high-impact projects.
Responsibilities - Partner closely with the Finance leadership team to manage the execution of strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop clear, compelling executive-level communications, presentations, and narratives to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive program governance, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks to ensure initiatives are executed with excellence.
- Collaborate across Finance, Business Units, and Corporate Functions to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic objectives.
- Synthesize complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable insights for senior executives and stakeholders.
- Support annual and quarterly business planning, financial reviews, and strategic updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Ads, E-commerce, Live, and TikTok FBP teams to execute key projects and develop deep functional expertise in underlying business models.
