TikTok is seeking to hire an Immigration Specialist, supporting the US Visa Services team, focused on immigration & mobility domains.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and global stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities - Act as a resource for the Visa Services team to execute and improve operational processes, ensuring accurate case tracking, data integrity, and adherence to established immigration workflows and compliance requirements
- Initiate visas and permanent residence cases with outside legal counsel.
- Create and accurately maintain documents and work visa files.
- Act as a resource for the immigration team, foreign nationals and outside legal counsel for general information and workflow process.
- Coordinate Labor Condition Application process, including posting and removing LCA notices.
- Answer basic US immigration questions from employees and HR professionals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across operational workflows to ensure SLAs are always met
- Assist with data audits as required, using logical and analytical skills to audit and interpret data.
