You will be responsible for performance reviews, learning and development, and employee retention while also improving existing processes and procedures while collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
This role will actively participate in translating business plans into talent, engagement, and organization plans.
Responsibilities:- Serve as
HRBP for US logistics operations covering both Fulfillment Centers and Sortation Centers.
End-to-end ownership of 0-to-1 organization buildout for self-operated facilities.
- Provide organization design advisory based on industry best practices.
Includes headcount planning, org structure, and selection/implementation of labor models (business process outsourcing, staffing agency, direct hire labor).
- Build and optimize people management systems for logistics operations.
Covers attendance tracking, labor payroll, performance management, and frontline benefits including night shift, overtime, and workplace safety programs.
- Align with HR OPR, Mobility, ER and Management Research Institute teams on new site establishment, compliance processes and system integration.
- Establish working relationships with warehouse General Managers, 3PL providers and staffing agency partners.
