We are looking for a competent candidate to join us to work closely with internal stakeholders to provide daily legal support and pragmatic advice on enterprise product offerings and services in the US region.

This is a highly collaborative, on-site role that requires five days per week in the office located in Culver City, CA.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the legal partner for enterprise business units in the US region, delivering end-to-end legal support throughout the business lifecycle, from new product launches and large-scale client/partner engagements to revenue-driving initiatives.
- Translate complex legal requirements into actionable business recommendations, enabling the business to pursue growth opportunities while upholding legal and regulatory standards.
- Leverage deep expertise in enterprise business operations (e.g.,
B2B/AI2B services, large-scale commercial transactions, enterprise product ecosystems) to provide specialised legal advice.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in product law, commercial contract law, and industry-specific regulations, and be able to deliver high-quality, business-aligned legal solutions that balance risk and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders, including product, sales, pre-sales, operations, and finance teams, through clear communication, active listening, and collaborative problem-solving, ensuring legal support is integrated seamlessly into business workflows.
